September in the city! This is the perfect time to enjoy the diverse sites and sounds of the city. The days are still bright and the evening temperatures are perfect to experience many autumn festivities in Toronto.
Star Struck in Toronto
The stars are not only in the sky this September as Toronto is once again welcoming TIFF to shine in our great city. September 6 to 16, 2018 will see Toronto as the spotlight of entertainment. King Street will be closed large sections for the festival for us all to be swept away in the excitement of Hollywood. This is your chance to see some exciting movies that may only be available for a short time and to a select audience. Once gone they may be gone forever. Whether you are planning to try and catch a glimpse of a favourite actor or spend the day hanging out and enjoying the ambiance, it is a special time of the year to stargaze. Who knows! You might even catch a glimpse of Royalty.
Love to Laugh
They say that laughter is some of the best medicine and Toronto will be dishing up a healthy dose between September 20 to 29, 2018 with Just for Laughs comedy fest. If names like Wanda Sykes, Seth Myers and Ken Jeong tickle your funny bone then you are not alone! They will be joining 39 other funny people as they descend upon the Sony Centre and other venues sprinkled across the city. If your sides weren’t hurting already then they will be when ComedyCon pops up in the city. There will be many events like Q&A’s with live cast panels and podcasts all in charming venues. Come, laugh with us
